PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder that facilitates the replacement of toilet paper and the extraction of the toilet paper.;SOLUTION: The bottom part surface of the toilet paper holder 1 is subjected to round processing (a round part 2) and the toilet paper 4 is just placed thereon, and thereby facilitating the replacement of the toilet paper 4. Besides, a projection part 5 of several centimeters is formed in front of a cutting part 3, and the toilet paper 4 is placed in a upside-down direction different from a normal direction. When the tip of the toilet paper 4 is extracted and cut with the cutting part 3, the tip part of the toilet paper is left on the projection part 5.
