PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fixing branch of a wire harness capable of dispensing with tape binding work, improving working efficiency, improving precision in the dimension of the wire harness, and reducing product costs, to provide a film for fixing the branches, and to provide a structure for fixing the branch of the wire harness. PSOLUTION: The method includes a step of mounting a film 4 for fixing a branch comprising a heat-shrinkable film to a holding tool 1 and placing the branch 2a of the wire harness 2 on the film 4 for fixing the branch for holding by the holding tool 1; a step of folding back the film 4 for fixing the branch, adhering, welding, or thermocompressing the overlapped part, and covering the branch 2a of the wire harness 2; and a step of heating and shrinking the film 4 for fixing the branch and fixing the branch 2a of the wire harness 2.
