PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-reactor which is capable of controlling the increase of maintenance cost and to provide a manufacturing method of hydrogen using the micro-reactor.;SOLUTION: The micro-reactor is provided with a passage structure 10 having a gutter part 10a which extends to a predetermined direction, a base part 11a to form a first passage S1 in which a raw material gas circulates by blocking the opening part 10b of the gutter part 10a and a catalyst 11 containing a projection part 11b to project into the first passage S1 from the base part 11a.
