PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method which enables the production of a solidifying material slurry for containment into ground by recovering bottom mud or contaminated soil, and mixing contaminant-containing slurry with a solidifying material, a purifying agent and the like, and performs containment treatment by kneading the solidifying material slurry deeply into the ground on land, or in sea by using a deep layer mixer, and insolubilizing it so as to prevent diffusion.;SOLUTION: The solidifying material slurry for containment into ground is kneaded within a range from a prescribed depth below the water bottom surface or the ground surface to a predetermined depth of a soil improvement by agitation and mixing treatment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
