PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuttlefish-gathering device designed to effectively gather cuttlefish using LEDs and cut its maintenance cost.;SOLUTION: The cuttlefish-gathering device 1, which is to be installed on a cuttlefish-catching boat, has the following construction: A plurality of LEDs are set up on a foundation panel 20, and a waterproof layer 40 is furnished so as to cover these LEDs 30 and the foundation panel 20.
