PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate free measurement of the displacement (load) of a moment direction by utilizing a set of an encoder 4b and a set of sensor 12a and 12b for obtaining the displacement (load) of an axial direction, and further, to compensate a zero-point position for obtaining the displacement (load) of the axial direction accurately.;SOLUTION: The existence of the displacement of the center axes of the outer ring of the spiral wound gasket 1 and a hub 2 is judged based on a difference of amplitudes of output signals of sensors 12a and 12b. Further, when the state that these center axes are in agreement, the displacement (load) of the axial direction is assumed to be zero, and a formula or a map for obtaining the displacement (load) of this axial direction is corrected.
