SAMPLE IMAGE REGISTRATION METHOD IN BOARD INSPECTION, AND SAMPLE IMAGE PRODUCING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register a sample image suitable for readily checking of inspection results by using images that are used at actual inspection.;SOLUTION: The board inspection system comprises an inspection system 1A for inspection after component mounting, an inspection system 1B for inspection after soldering, and an information processing system 2. Images, used in inspection and inspection results, are transmitted from the inspection systems 1A, 1B to the information processing system 2 for each part to be inspected. A plurality of indicator data, indicating the contents represented by sample images of non-defective items and defective items are registered in advance in the information processing system. For each indicator data, an image which best matches the indicator data is extracted from among the images transmitted from the inspection systems 1A, 1B and is registered as a sample image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
