PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro channel type manufacturing method capable of freely adjusting a ratio of a two-hue color mesh of two-hue electrostatically charged spherical particles for use in an image display device forming an image under a prescribed electric field to change color by rotation of two-hue electrostatically charged spherical particles sealed and held between two facing electrode panels.;SOLUTION: The micro channel manufacturing method can freely adjust the single dispersion two-hue electrostatically charged spherical particles having mean particle diameter in a range of 10 to 150 μm, wherein a two-hue fluid phase composed of white fluid phase/black fluid phase containing a white dye/pigment and a black dye/pigment in a polymerizable organic monomer fluid is transferred in a first micro channel under combination control of the values of surface tension (ρn) [10-3 N/m] of both the fluids, discharged into a hydrophilic fluid medium having the value of surface tension (ρ0) [10-3 N/m] flowing through a second micro channel so as to be made into spheres, and adjusted so that the ratio of color meshes of both the white/black color hues expressed by 10 display criteria is freely adjusted at white mesh dominant, black mesh dominant, white and black equalized color mesh, or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
