PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fragility diagnostic method for preventing each fragility information as a diagnostic result acquired by the diagnostic operation of each diagnostic operator from being leaked to the others by any other diagnostic operator or a person who has stolen a diagnostic device, and for enabling each diagnostic operator to prepare a diagnostic report to the origin of request by using the fragility information as a self-diagnostic result stored in the diagnostic device regardless of the presence/absence of the diagnostic operation of any other diagnostic operator when performing the fragility diagnosis of each network system requested from a plurality of enterprises by using one diagnostic device shared by a plurality of diagnostic operators.;SOLUTION: A fragility diagnostic device diagnoses the fragility of the network system of a diagnostic object device by using a diagnostic device in which the information of the diagnostic object device and the diagnostic operation information based on the authentication information of the diagnostic operator are registered, and encrypts the diagnostic result of the network system and the authentication information of the diagnostic operator to prepare an encrypted fragility diagnostic file. The diagnostic report preparing device collates authentication information inputted by a diagnostic report preparer with the authentication information of the diagnostic operator owned by the encrypted fragility diagnostic file, and decodes the encrypted fragility diagnostic result, and restores the diagnostic result of the network system when those information is matched, and prepares a diagnostic report based on the restored diagnostic result of the network system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
