METHOD OF LARGE-SCALE PROLIFERATION OF LIMONIUM SINUATUM BY TISSUE CULTURE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ready and low-cost technique for proliferation in high proliferation rate without causing emergence of deformity in the proliferation of Limonium sinuatum by using tissue culture by solving the problems wherein the deformity strain called tussock disease emerges and the production cost increases by the elongation of culture period and the increase of complicated transplantation operation/number in the method of proliferation of Limonium sinuatum by using tissue culture. PSOLUTION: The plant body of the Limonium sinuatum can be regenerated in large scale at a low cost by culturing flower spike of the Limonium sinuatum to form a new flower spike, inducing multiple shoot from the head part of the formed flower spike, dividing and transplanting the induced multiple shoot to grow the multiple shoot, and rooting the grown shoot.
