PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop ejection head in which strength of electrical connection is ensured sufficiently between a drive circuit and a drive element, and to provide a liquid drop ejector and a process for manufacturing a liquid drop ejection head.;SOLUTION: The liquid drop ejection head comprising a drive circuit section 26, and a plurality of piezoelectric elements 23 driven through the drive circuit section 26 is provided with a flexible substrate 27 for connecting the drive circuit section 26 and the piezoelectric elements 23 electrically, and a thermosetting resin layer 74 is provided on the rear surface side of a terminal portion 73 which is connected electrically with the piezoelectric elements 23 on the flexible substrate 27.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
