PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based resin foamed sheet which causes no local surface burning at the time of heating and forming even in the case of forming a deep formed article like a food container from a comparatively thick foamed sheet, and which can be formed under a wide range of the heating condition.;SOLUTION: In the polypropylene-based resin foamed sheet, recesses and projections are repeatedly present along the width direction of the sheet on the one surface (H face) side and the average thickness is 2.5 mm or larger; and the shape of foams existing from the sheet surface on the H face side where the recesses and projections exist to the surface layer part HS within 1/4 of the sheet thickness, satisfies formulae (1)-(3). Provided that, 0.8A1/A21.1 formula (1), 0.2A10.4 formula (2), and 0.2A20.4 formula (3); and in the formulae, A1 is an average foam diameter in the thickness direction of minimum thickness part in the sheet width direction, A2 is an average foam diameter in the sheet thickness direction of maximum thickness part in the sheet width direction, and unit is mm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
