PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry / exit security management system with which the security of entry / exit management can be simply and surely enhanced and to provide an entry / exit management gate apparatus and a base station.;SOLUTION: The entry / exit security management system S comprises: an entry / exit card C; a mobile phone 1; and an entry / exit management gate apparatus 3. The entry / exit card C records mobile phone number information. The entry / exit management gate apparatus 3 uses the mobile phone 1 to inquire of a base station BS nearby a gate 30 about the mobile phone number information of the entry / exit card C as to whether or not the positional information of the mobile phone number information is registered, and receives a result of the confirmation as to whether or not the positional information is registered from the base station BS nearby the gate 30.
