PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to have compatibility among GUI screens each developed for every base.;SOLUTION: After guideline description data 100 are inputted to a guideline interpretation engine 111 of a GUI compatibility maintenance server 113 and are interpreted, a code is generated by a code generator 112. A generated class group 101 is automatically distributed to respective development environments 114-116 of respective the bases 121-123.
