PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remaining time display device allowing operation of a personal computer even without requiring a store, an employee or the like, and notifying a user about a remaining time by displaying a usable time during use to prevent suddenly coming into an unusable state by losing of the remaining time, and to provide a time rental computer system therewith.;SOLUTION: The time rental computer system has: the time rental personal computer 1; the remaining time display device 2 having a bar code reader 22 and a time display part 20; and a server 3. Usable time information corresponding to information inputted to the remaining time display device 2 is recorded in the server 3.
