PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new biphenyl derivatives possessing both 2 adrenergic receptor agonist activity and muscarinic receptor antagonist activity and useful for treating pulmonary disorders such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma.
