The pulverization of raw soybean is carried out either by a method to roughly crush the soybean, quickly freeze the crushed soybean, substitute with nitrogen gas in a weakly evacuated thawing drier chamber having a far infrared radiation function, and carry out the thawing evaporation and drying to the essential water content in a temperature zone at or below the freezing point, or a method to dry the soybean in an opened thawing drier chamber with cold air at or below the freezing point using a fluidizing function to induce thermal loss phenomenon and pulverize the dried product with a pulverizer having a new mechanism.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
