PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically display an image suitable for mind control training, in accordance with a change in a subject's physical conditions. PSOLUTION: This training supporting equipment for supporting the control of the subject's mind by displaying a training image is equipped with a displaying part for displaying the training image; an image changing amount storing part for storing the amount of change in the amount of the information of the training image displayed by the displaying part, by making it correspond to the subject's physical conditions; a physical condition acquiring part for acquiring the physical conditions of the subject watching the training image displayed by the displaying part; an image changing amount extracting part for extracting the amount of the change in the amount of the information of the training image stored in the image changing amount storing part, by making it correspond to the subject's physical conditions acquired by the physical condition acquiring part; and an image change controlling part for changing the amount of the information of the training image displayed by the display part, depending on the amount of the change in the amount of the information of the training image extracted by the image changing amount extracting part.
