The water-reserving part 2 is formed so that the lower edge side of the side wall 2a joined to the bottom plate 2b is placed at a more inner side than the upper edge side. The planting part 3 is provided with at least one almost-cylindrical side wall part 3a detachably placed at the upper edge side of the water-reserving part 2 and applicable to lamination, and an almost-flat bottom plate part 3b having a through hole, wherein the bottom plate part 3b is detachably supported at the inside of the side wall part 3a and a space 6 partitioned by the side wall 2a and the bottom plate 2b of the water-reserving part 2 and a space 7 charged with the soil are communicated via the through hole.
