PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated storage capacity structure for LTPS TFT-LCD capable of increasing charge storage capacity without sacrificing the numerical aperture of pixels or maintaining the charge storage capacitor while increasing the numerical aperture of the pixels.;SOLUTION: The laminated storage capacitor structure of the present invention used for LTPS TFT-LCD is equipped with a substrate having been processed, and a first storage capacitor and a second storage capacitor. The first storage capacitor includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and a first insulating layer disposed between them. The laminated storage capacitor structure further has a third conductive layer including a first part and a drawn second part.
