PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of information management operation relating to a whole life cycle ranging from purchase to disposal or return of computer resources in an organization.;SOLUTION: This information management system of computer resources is provided with a computer resource information receiving part 16 which receives computer resource information as an event processing consignment request from a manager terminal 14; a computer supply information receiving part 20 which transmits an execution processing request corresponding to the processing consignment request of the event to a supplier terminal 18 to be used by a supplier in charge of the execution processing of the event, and receives computer supply information from the supplier terminal 18; a computer information recording part 24 which stores and manages the received computer resources information and computer supply information in a database; and a circulating information mail preparation transmitting part 26 which prepares circulating information mail as electronic mail including the information by the execution processing of the event of computer resources based on the computer resource information or the computer supply information, and transmits it to the manager terminal 14 and the supplier terminal 18.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
