PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and a treatment equipment for radioactive waste water which effectively removes at a low cost, radioactive waste water generated from a nuclear power facilities and the like. PSOLUTION: The radioactive waste water treatment equipment 1 comprises a biological treatment tank 2 which stores the radioactive waste water containing organic substance and radioactive materials and activated sludge for growing microorganism capable of adsorbing the radioactive materials and a nutrient supply means 5 for adding nutrient, and a solid/liquid separating means 4 arranged inside or outside the biological treatment tank for separating the waste water treated with the activated sludge into solid component including the sludge and treated water.
