PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thermal resistance of a graphite film and a heating element, and to provide a film capable of dissipating heat without impairing thermal conductivity characteristics peculiar to the graphite film.;SOLUTION: Part of a graphite film having a compression rate of ≥20% and anisotropy of thermal conductivity between film plane and film thickness directions is compressed by application of pressure so that apparent difference in thickness is produced, and an uncompressed part and a heating element are brought into contact with each other in such a way that the uncompressed part is pressurized.
