PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel information processing method, personnel information processor, personnel information management system, and personnel information processing program capable of effective use of human resources as a cooperation group and rationalizing clerical management, reducing facility costs, developmental costs, and maintenance management costs, and observing the Personal Information Protection Law.;SOLUTION: The personnel information processor is provided with: a common basic personnel information input means for accumulating personnel information regarding individual attribute out of personnel information on employees belonging to any company in a group of companies which adapt a group management system in a common basic personnel information database shared by a part of or the whole of the company belonging to the group of companies as common basic personnel information; and a company-based personnel information input means for accumulating personnel information on company attribute out of the personnel information on the employees in the company-based personnel information database individually managed by a part of or the whole of the companies belonging to the group of companies as the company-based personnel information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
