PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground reinforcing construction method capable of eliminating the need of a fixing operation by excavating and grout material.;SOLUTION: In this ground reinforcing construction method, an anchor is press-fitted into a ground to reinforce the ground. A tube 1 is driven into the ground by air pressure at high speeds. The tube 1 is inserted into a slope 101 in a press-fitted state by driving the tube 1 into the ground at high speeds. Since the periphery of the tube 1 inserted is compacted by a force for driving the tube 1, and the tube 1 is fixed in the ground, the slope 101 can be reinforced without requiring conventional excavation and fixing.
