PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen fried shrimp cooked with microwave oven imparting the shrimp with a predetermined curved shape in cooking with the microwave oven.;SOLUTION: The frozen fried shrimp for microwave oven cooking has a shape satisfying an inequality 1.5≤M≤3.0, wherein M=Y/X, X and Y are defined in the following, forming a virtual rectangle 1 comprising a first virtual tangential 1a contacting respectively with the breast side head part 11 and ventral tail part 12 of the shrimp, a second virtual tangential 1b orthogonalizing with the first virtual tangential 1a and contacting with back side tail 13 of the shrimp 10A, a third virtual tangential 1c orthogonalizing with the second virtual tangential 1b and contacting with the back 14 of the shrimp 10A and a fourth virtual tangential 1d orthogonalizing respectively with the first virtual tangential 1a and the third virtual tangential 1c and contacting with back side head part 15 of the shrimp 10A, and X is the respective lengths of the second virtual tangential 1b and the fourth virtual tangential 1d and Y is the respective lengths of the first virtual tangential and the length of the third virtual tangential of the rectangle 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
