PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention bag with a disaster prevention hood which does not need to be folded/contained in a bag and does not have creasing habit, crease or the like.;SOLUTION: A bag body 1 of a disaster prevention bag is changeable to a disaster prevention hood which covers the head and the shoulders, the bag body is a rectangle with a first side section, an upper side section 1B, a second side section 1C and a base section 1D, and the upper side section 1B, the second side section 1C and a part of the base section 1D can open/close with a fastener F. Furthermore, an inner bag 2 can be detachably attached to the inside of the bag body. The device can be diverted to a disaster prevention hood which protects the head and the shoulders simply after the fastener is fully opened. Only an operation of moving the fastener is needed for changing the bag body to the disaster prevention hood, then, the bag body is changeable into the disaster prevention hood in instant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
