PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel position acquiring method capable of acquiring a position at which each pixel of a display is mapped on photographing data, accurately at a high rate.;SOLUTION: The pixel position acquiring method comprises: steps S27-S29 of displaying a vertical-line image and a horizontal-line image by using a projector and storing them as the photographing data; steps S31-S35 of cutting out each photographing line and obtaining a mapping area, based on the vertical-line/horizontal-line image photographing data; steps S37-S40 of setting an approximate function for approximating each photographing line obtained from the mapping area and obtaining vertical-line/horizontal-line mapping data; and steps S42-S45 of computing a correspondence relation between a mapping position mapped on the photographing data and a pixel position of image data, i.e., the image to be displayed, based on an intersection in a quadrilateral area obtained from the vertical-line mapping data and the horizontal-line mapping data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
