PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform loading-exchanging of so called teach-in operation for a crane or a bagger, especially a port movement crane in a method for loading-exchanging a hanging load hung to a hanging load rope of the crane or the bagger attached with a turning device, a derricking device and a winding up device.;SOLUTION: A control device of computer control having the track setting device, an obstacle monitoring device and status control device with front control is provided.
