PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investigation original document which facilitates investigation of an intersection to be investigated.;SOLUTION: The investigation original document 1, to be used when the intersection to be investigated is investigated, is constituted of an intersection original document 10, comprising a surrounding map area 430 wherein a map of surroundings 431 is displayed, a traffic signal area 417 for prompting the input, concerning the traffic signals at the intersection to be investigated, and the like; a lane original document comprising a road sign area wherein road signs are displayed, and a destination area for prompting the input of an intersection connection road which is identified by the road sign of the road sign area and which allows entry; and a direction guide original document, comprising a road sign area wherein the road signs are displayed, and a direction guide content area for prompting inputting of the direction guide of the intersection connection road connected with the intersection connection road identified by the road sign of the road sign area via the intersection to be investigated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
