PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diet simulation device that has a configuration wherein a user can recognize more realistic result for the user by displaying, on the basis of physical characteristic information at the present stage obtained by measurement, content of exercise and content of meals necessary for the user when dieting, and also displaying the period of time necessary for the diet based on the content and the prospective result in the case that the content of the exercise and meals at the present stage are continued.;SOLUTION: The diet simulation device includes: a control section 200 for fetching actual physical characteristic information obtained from the body height, weight and the like at the present stage, and performing the arithmetic operation of a deviation from the standard physical characteristic information corresponding to the actual physical characteristic information; and an operation section 300 used for displaying the result of the arithmetic operation from the control section 200.
