PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus for oxygen-enriched water which can manufacture oxygen-enriched water corresponding to required oxygen amount different for every disposal site, by efficiently manufacturing an oxygen-enriched water having a desired oxygen concentration with high accuracy; and an early-stabilizing method and an early stabilizing system for waste at the waste disposal site.;SOLUTION: The system 10a is constituted of oxygen-enriching films 2a and 2b; aeration tanks 3a and 3b communicating with the oxygen-enriching films 2a and 2b and for storing water before being enriched in oxygen concentration; a water-extraction means 6 for extracting the oxygen-enriched water A1 and A2 heightened in dissolved oxygen concentration from the aeration tanks 3a and 3b; an oxygen-enriched water provision means 91 communicating with the water extraction means 6 and for sprinkling or pouring the oxygen-enriched water A2 onto a waste G1 at the waste disposal site.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
