PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing invasion of insect pests designed to block the invasion of the insect pests stably and surely over a long period and also to reduce a management load; and to provide a structure for preventing the invasion of the insect pests having the same tool.;SOLUTION: The tool 1 for preventing the invasion of the insect pests is installed in a building so as to prevent the invasion of the insect pests A. The tool is characterized as having a dropping groove 8 for dropping the insect pests A and a glycol 11 introduced into the dropping groove 8.
