PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prompt a service improvement for a maintenance company by requesting repair etc., by a tender to the company with respect to a maintenance site selection method and a maintenance site selection program to make a maintenance request to the company upon receiving a maintenance request for a device.;SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of receiving the maintenance request for the device; a step of extracting a site of maintenance and maintenance companies capable of maintaining the device from a table with information on maintenance sites and devices to be maintained pre-registered therein; a step of notifying tender requests to the extracted companies; a step of receiving tenders from the companies which have been notified the tender requests and of storing response times and working hours; and a step of notifying the maintenance request to the company of which the response time and the working hours are the shortest ones among the companies from which the tenders have been received.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
