PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance method selection device, a maintenance method selection method and a program which can simply screen a range to which risk-based maintenance should be applied.;SOLUTION: A detection unit 33 detects a relation between the distribution of deterioration degree data and the distribution of time data for electric poles included in a predetermined range. A determination unit 34 determines, on the basis of the relation detected by the detection unit 33, which of time-based maintenance and risk-based maintenance should be conducted to electric poles included in the predetermined range.
