PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone for drawing a microphone, a receiver, and a microphone having a speaker gradually, and to provide a control method of the mobile phone, and a control program of the mobile phone.;SOLUTION: The mobile phone 1 waits for call termination from an outer terminal or for call command from own device (S501). When there is call termination from the outer terminal or the call command from own device (S501/YES), the expansion/shrinkage state of an antenna microphone 13 is detected by a detecting unit 4 (S502). Then, the detecting unit 4 transmits a signal for indicating the detected expansion/shrinkage state of the antenna microphone 13 to a control unit 12. The control unit 12 selects and sets a conversation mode based on the signal after receiving the signal, which indicates the expansion/shrinkage state of the antenna microphone 13 (S503).
