PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To listen to auscultation data such as cardiac sound and pulmonary sound by an electronic stethoscope connectable to a connection terminal of a cellular phone terminal and to receive the diagnostic response of a doctor in real time. PSOLUTION: An auscultation data input part 51 inputs the auscultation data from the electronic stethoscope 1 connected to the earphone microphone terminal 2 of a user side cellular phone terminal 100a, a voice data input part 52 inputs voice data from a microphone 3, and a mixer 6 combines the auscultation data and the voice data by a processor and turns them to diagnostic data 31. A sound processing part 7 encodes the diagnostic data 31, and a first communication part 82 transmits the diagnostic data 31 through a modem 8. A second communication part 83 of a doctor side cellular phone terminal 100b receives the diagnostic data 31 transmitted from the first communication part 82, and the second communication part transmits the diagnostic response 32 regarding the diagnostic data 31 outputted by a data input/output part 5b to the user side cellular phone terminal 100a.
