PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide modeling techniques for a model of the regions (objects) within measured data.;SOLUTION: The modeling device determines the points located on the contours of an object within the measured data corresponding to a plurality of representative points existing on the surface of a standard model, and determines the other points virtually shifted from these corresponding points (Step S13).
