PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information not obtainable by a conventional way of use when creating a business form by use of marketed table creation software.;SOLUTION: When some data number displayed on the business form is selected as processing requirement by inserting information about layout of the business form to a sheet when displaying the business form on the sheet by sticking the business form comprising a list of data numbers to the sheet created by the table creation software, a configuration allowing specification of retrieval of an item value of the data number is adopted. According to the configuration, data configuring the data number selected as the processing requirement can be retrieved.
