PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with an increase in lateral pressure by an increase in winding weight by enhancing strength and rigidity of a flange by surely integrating mutual flange members in a metallic filament body winding reel for fixing the flange of a multiple structure by arranging a plurality of flange members formed of a steel plate on both ends of a winding drum in an overlapping shape in the axial direction.;SOLUTION: This reel is integrated by fixing the mutual flange members 3 and 4 abutting in the axial direction by forming a padding 10 by arc welding in a padding through-hole 9 formed in one flange member in the substantial center near the outer periphery between, for example, respective side surface reinforcing ribs 6a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
