PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method of cadmium-contaminated soil which enables the removal of cadmium from cadmium-containing soil on site easily without being polluted with other metals.;SOLUTION: The cleaning method of cadmium-contaminated soil comprises the step of: adding water, acid and/or salts of acid to the cadmium-containing soil to allow cadmium to elute in the water; bringing cadmium-containing aqueous solution into contact with a phosphorylated cellulose-containing solid material to adsorb cadmium in the solution; and thereafter removing the solid material to remove cadmium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
