PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immobilized manganese peroxidase immobilized on a carrier, maintaining high activity even in the case of a reaction over a long time or repeated utilization and having strong binding force to the manganese peroxidase, to provide a method for producing the same, to provide a reactor using the immobilized manganese peroxidase and to provide the carrier for immobilizing the manganese peroxidase. PSOLUTION: The immobilized manganese peroxidase is obtained by immobilizing the manganese peroxidase on the carrier having epoxy groups. The reactor comprises a column filled with the immobilized manganese peroxidase. The method for producing the immobilized manganese peroxidase comprises bringing the carrier having the epoxy groups into contact with a solution containing the manganese peroxidase.
