PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus where degradation of diagnostic performance due to artifact characteristic to the X-ray CT apparatus due to a high X-ray absorber such as metal prosthetic appliance operated in the teeth and jaw area is improved by a simple method.;SOLUTION: In the cone beam X-ray CT imaging apparatus for the head and neck, a rotation arm having an X-ray generator and an image receiver for detecting X-rays arranged facing each other with a subject therebetween carries out X-ray CT imaging of an objective section of the subject by rotating.
