PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a quick image correcting process in a printing plant by compressing little a capacity of a server or the like which are installed at a main office of a newspaper publishing company or the like to control less an exclusive possession rate of a personal circuit or the like.;SOLUTION: In a CTP apparatus used in a printing system 1 having a data base 14 for recording printing characteristics of each rotary press; a RIP processing apparatus 13 which converts multi-valued data of editing image information to binary image data; a server 12 which integrally processes a converted binary image data and printing plan information containing printing characteristics of each rotary press recorded in the database to transmit to each of the CTP apparatus; and a plurality of rotary presses 23A or the like, the CTP apparatus 22A makes a printing plate after making the binary image data received from the server 12 printing data by image processing while color reproducing property is corrected from printing characteristics of the corresponding rotary press.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
