PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate training result such as scaling and root planing.;SOLUTION: The inside of a transparent container 2 is filled with a transparent resin to make a dental alveoli part, and after a tooth part 4 is implanted in the dental alveoli part, an artificial deposition object 11 such as an artificial dental calculus and an artificial gangraen cement substance is deposited on the tooth root part of the tooth part 4. An X-ray non-transmission substance is mixed with the artificial deposition object 11, a water-soluble wax is applied on the surface of a tooth root part, and a soft resin is laminated on the upper part of the dental alveoli part to make a gum part 5.
