PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a crime-arrest ratio of crimes involving juvenile and to prevent the same by enabling effective investigation of the occurrence location, criminal specification, etc., of the crimes involving juvenile due to an increase in third persons who remember children in any places.;SOLUTION: The surfaces of the personal effects, such as T-shirts, trainers, satchels, shoes, wristwatches, and caps that the children wear are displayed with person specifying information carrying face photographs of the children, their affiliation corporate names, emergency contact addresses, etc., in areas and at sizes where and at which such information is immediately visible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
