CUTTING DEVICE WITH END MILL IN WATER SOLUTION OF NICKEL ALLOY AND ITS CUTTING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device with end mill in water solution of a nickel alloy and its cutting method, obtaining suitably machined surface without a load to an environmental problem and causing abnormal abrasion of a tool. PSOLUTION: In the cutting device with end mill shown in Fig. 1, after a nickel alloy 1 is dipped in a container storing a water solution and fixed, a very small quantity of oil atomized by compressed air is sprayed to the cutting tool 4 with rotating end mill from a mist nozzle 5, water solution is injected from a cold water supplying nozzle 6 to the above cutting tool 4 with end mill, the compressed air whose compressed air quantity is 10 L/min and whose air bubble size ranges from 20 to 30 mm, is fed from a compressed air nozzle 7 dipped in water in the cutting direction, and simultaneously with compressed air (air bubble), a water solution is injected by a quantity ranging from 40 to 100 cc/s from a jet water nozzle 8 dipped in water to the cutting tool 4 with end mill in the water to perform cutting with end mill.
