PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for endmill cutting work of a nickel alloy using electric rust prevention method, which provides an adequate cut surface without applying loads on the environment or generating abnormal wear of a tool, and also prevents a machine tool (milling machine) from being rusted.;SOLUTION: After a container connected to a positive pole is filled with water, and the nickel alloy 1 is immersed in the water and fixed, an atomized extremely small amount of oil agent is sprayed from a nozzle 5 for mist to an endmill cutting tool 4 connected to the negative pole while applying a specified voltage to the container connected to the positive pole and the circuit of the endmill cutting tool 4 connected to the negative pole and supplying a specified current thereto. Water is sprayed from a nozzle 6 for cooling water to the endmill cutting tool 4, and a compressed air is fed from a nozzle 7 for compressed air immersed in water in the direction for the cutting.
