PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid crystal panel treatment apparatus capable of effectively making a resin portion of the waste liquid crystal panel fragile, descending a treatment temperature of reduced pressure heating to a temperature degree at which the liquid crystal is volatilized and efficiently and safely recovering the liquid crystal in a liquid crystal extraction treatment, a liquid crystal recovery system and a method. PSOLUTION: A supercritical fluid is produced by feeding a substance for producing a supercritical fluid into a chamber 21 in the state that the waste liquid crystal panel 10 is arranged in the chamber 21 as a reaction vessel and pressurizing and heating it. A seal resin portion of the waste liquid crystal panel 10 is made fragile (destroyed) by production of the supercritical fluid. Further, the liquid crystal vaporized (extracted) from the waste liquid crystal panel in which the seal resin portion is made fragile is recovered by a recovery apparatus 24, i.e., an agglomerating means.
