PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform manned operation of a conveying/stationing device; and to perform efficient and sure conveying/stationing work. PSOLUTION: Since an anti-radiation shield wall 43 is provided, which is formed so as to have a visual recognition part 41 allowing the front to be visually recognized while having a size enough to substantially block up the interior of a gallery 1 with a gap 42 allowing the shield wall 43 to move forward/backward provided between the shield wall 43 and a gallery inner wall 1a, and connected to the rear part side of the conveying/stationing device 30; an operator 44 can safely board a boarding part 45 provided on the rear part side of the shield wall 43 without being exposed to radiation. The device 30 can be mannedly operated by manipulating a manipulation part 46 while observing conditions ahead at close range through the recognition part 41, allowing efficient and sure conveying/stationing work to be performed.
